Equipped with a 6.75 L (6750 cc/411 in³) V8 engine and THM 400 3-speed automatic transmission. The Spirit continued the emphasis toward a high degree of ride quality by utilizing the self-leveling suspension from the previous model Silver Shadow.

The finish on the Silver Spirit is superior as one might expect, with burl walnut wood trim ,Red leather hide interior, and chrome buttons. Almost everything is standard, including air conditioning, power windows, power seats, power door locks, power steering, and power disc brakes all-around.
