Winning bidder must contact Brookhaven Motors within 24 hours toll free at 1-855.875.2571 to finalize their purchase transaction. Successful high bidder must make a minimum deposit of $250.00 within 24 hours and full payment within 4 days of end of auction (unless pre-approved by Brookhaven Motors). Full payment must be received via cashier check, approved bank draft, cash, certified funds (U.S. Financial Institutions 0nly) or wire transfer. Brookhaven Motors does not accept PERSONAL or COMPANY CHECKS (unless approved in advance). Should you be dissatisfied with your vehicle purchase Brookhaven Motors will allow you to withdraw from the transaction by paying a ten percent (10%) of purchase price restocking fee. The vehicle must be returned to Brookhaven Motors within seven (7) days of the customer’s delivered possession of the vehicle with no more than 250 additional miles above the mileage stated on the customers original Odometer Disclosure form. Return shipment expense is the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer's shipping company “Vehicle Condition” waybill must not differ from the original Brookhaven Motors “Vehicle Condition” waybill copy to qualify for transaction cancellation.
