1986 Chevrolet K10 Silverado Short Bed Pickup “Beautiful Truck! Sympathetically Restored!”

The Classic Car Gallery is proud to offer this RESTORED 1986 Chevrolet K10 Short Bed Pickup. Finished in RED with a RED CLOTH INTERIOR, she makes a bold statement wherever she goes. The truck was recently restored both cosmetically and mechanically. The entire frame was inspected, found to be structurally sound, and Chassis Saver (POR15) was applied; her undercarriage remains in excellent condition, and should last well going forward. The truck received a proper paint job; the body was stripped down to bare metal and sprayed in epoxy primer prior to receiving a base-coat, clear-coat finish. The paint shows well with deep shine and great luster. The interior was stripped as well, the seats, dash, carpets and door cards were all restored to new. She was fitted in 2010 with a new Goodwrench 350 cid crate motor. She has been driven only 5000 miles on this engine, and it continues to perform well, with great power and torque. Her transmission and transfer case operate and engage as designed, and all mechanical systems work as they should. A new set of BF Goodrich tires were fitted at the time of the motor install, and the have plenty of remaining tread. Recently tuned and given fresh fluids, she drives just as well as she looks. Her bed has been kept “natural” for the purposes of displaying the clean shell that was used to start the project, a bed liner can be easily installed by the new owner for a more finished look.
