All sales are subject to a $200.00 Documentary Fee. Other fees vary by state and we may be required to collect a portion of or all of the sales tax. $10.00 in transit plate for out-of-state customers gets you a 14 day plate. In state customers with a plate are subject to $47.00 in plate transfer and state fees, plus 6% sales tax, (more if a new license plate is required).

This vehicle is “pre-owned” and sold in an “as-is” condition. However, this vehicle may still have some of the original manufacturer warranty remaining.

Deposits are non-refundable unless the vehicle has been misrepresented. Deposits on vehicles that are not purchased are applied towards the significant costs of paperwork, vehicle re-listing fees and lost dealership productivity.

Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. LaFontaine Ford welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Winning bidder must make a $200.00 eposit within 24 hours or risk a no-sale default.

We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.

Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders.

The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact . LaFontaine Ford within 48 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

If the deposit is not received within 48 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
