    Description

    Up for auction is a 1955 Chevy Bel-Air Convertible. What is so cool about this car, is that it was built to look Original, but is far from it. For starters, the original 265 V8 was pulled out and replaced with a New 350-300hp engine. The automatic powerglide trans. was removed and replaced with a new B&M 350 turbo automatic. Power Steering and Power Disc Brakes were both added. The original rear end was removed and a late model Camaro rear end was installed. (3:23 Ratio). This car also has Power Seat, Power Top and Electric Wipers. Auto Custom Sound System, and Cruise Control. It has California Bumpers, Coker Radial Wide Whites, and LED Tail Lights and Markers. This car has a very Rare factory Option, it has a rain sensor on the top. If it rains, the top will go up by itself! WOW! This car had a frame off restoration 10 years ago. They call the color Gypsy Red. It is beautiful. Only around 6,500 miles have been put on it since it was restored. The frame and pans look good, and the body lines are great on this car. The top is a Hartz Cloth Top, and it goes up and down great. Little things like the shift indicator, and a Billet rear view mirror were also added. I have owned many 55 Chevy's, but none drove as good as this one. I have driven it to Knoxvile TN with the cruise on and it does a awesome job. I do not know of 1 thing that this car needs.     A 2000.00 non-refundable deposit must be sent after auction ends. Remaining balance must be paid within 10 days. If we end the auction for you the car belongs to you. Delivery is available by an independent company.

    We are a Tennessee dealer. Therefore if you live in Tennessee, we will be collecting taxes at the current Tennessee rate!

    NOTE!!!! The Deposit is non-refundable that is why it is a deposit.
