As you can see from the almost 40 photos that we have listed this is an awesome looking and VERY well equipped 2013 Volkswagen Passat 2.5 SEL sedan.

Just to highlight, it features a 2.5L 5 cyl motor, automatic transmission, touchscreen Navigation system w/ rear view camera, leatherette interior, heated front seats, wood interior trim, ESP traction control, full power options including a power drivers seat with lumbar support, Fender sound system, in dash cd changer/satellite radio ready/aux. input jack audio system, power sunroof, dual zone climate control, 17" alloy wheels and more.

The body of this VW is in all around great condition.

The interior is in equally all around great condition and it is very clean.

Mechanically this Passat is in great condition and the ride and drive is excellent. Just turn the key, drive and enjoy.

What you can not see in the photos is that this VW was previously involved in an accident. The vehicle was professionally repaired prior to us purchasing it from the insurance company, but a reconstructed title was not obtained. It has been inspected and titled in PA and comes with a PA Reconstructed Title. Needless to say this vehicle is in great condition inside and out.

In a nutshell what you have here is a very well equipped, low mileage Passat SEL sedan that needs nothing more than a new home. It is being discounted strictly for its prior history.

Our inventory features both damaged vehicles with salvage titles that need to be repaired and vehicles that we have already repaired at our facility which now come with Reconstructed, Flood, or Recovered Theft branded titles. All vehicles that we repair pass through a reconstruction inspection by a state certified enhanced inspection mechanic and are ready to be driven and enjoyed with no further repairs or servicing needed.

From time to time our inventory will also contain damaged or previously damaged vehicles which still retain their clean titles. We always disclose if a vehicle has had prior accident damage even if it has been repaired and still has a clean title. That is the major difference between Feretti Motors and many of our competitors. If a vehicle's price seems to good to be true, then there is most likely a reason for it.

Terms of Sale & Condition

The following terms of sale apply to all of our online sales.

Payment Methods

Cash (In Person), certified bank check, bank transfer, or loan check. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information.

Deposit

The successful high bidder will submit a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Deposits can be made either by credit card over the phone or through Paypal.

Payment of Balance Due

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Taxes

A document & processing fee will be applied to all vehicles sold. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We can assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at 215-975-0134 x107 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Buyer's Inspection

Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Feretti Motors Inc-Wholesale and Rebuildables has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Feretti Motors Inc-Wholesale and Rebuildables welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "AS IS". Notice to Bidders

We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.

Bid Retractions

Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Negative Feedback Bidders

We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating must email us or call us prior to bidding. If we do not have contact with you within 24 hours of your bid it will be cancelled.

Successful Bidder

The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Feretti Motors Inc-Wholesale and Rebuildables within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder

If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 3 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
