TERMS: This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
TAXES AND REGISTRATION FEES: All buyers must pay a $299 dealer service & handling fee. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. If the vehicle is shipped to you a by carrier then we do not collect any sales tax. However, if the car is picked up and driven on Florida roads, as a licensed dealer, we are required by law to collect the sales tax percentage designated for your State. The only States that do not have a reciprocal agreement with Florida (where you will be double taxed) are Arkansas and Mississippi. For your convenience when legally permitted we will provide a 30-day Florida temporary tag if desired.
DEPOSIT: A minimum nonrefundable deposit of $500 is due and payable on or before 24-hours after the end of the auction. PayPal can be used for the payment of the deposit. The balance is due and payable on or before 5-days after the end of the auction. Acceptable forms of payment include cash in person, certified check, cashiers check, money order, or bank wire transfer.
