1990 Alfa Romeo Graduate Spider!!!

Here is an absolutely beautiful 1990 Alfa Romeo Graduate Spider that is in excellent condition and has only been driven about 22k miles since new!!! This Alfa has a great story... This car was purchased out of the Massachusetts Car show where it was being displayed by Alfa Romeo. This was the exact car used in the show and it has only had one owner since that day. This is a ONE OWNER CAR!!! This gorgeous Alfa has been well cared for since new and it truly shows. This is one of the best preserved Alfa Spider I have seen and is truly an exceptional car! The car truly is like a time capsule. This car is as close to taking delivery of a brand new 1990 Alfa as I think you can get. This car comes with the original keys, books, tool, unused spare and even WINDOW STICKER!!! I even have the original sales contract! The car is absolutely gorgeous and a great find. The car is all original other than the radio and is unmodified. This car has been well maintained and a new water pump and auxiliary belts were changed last week! The fit and finish of this car is excellent, everything on the car lines up really well and the doors still open and close like the car did when it was brand new. The car runs and drive absolutely beautifully. It fires right up and the throttle is extremely responsive, the brakes are powerful and has a firm pedal, the suspension is very tight and the car handles beautifully. This car actually pulls very strongly and is quite quick. This car has a spectacular look that grabs everyone's attention. These cars have a great sound that only an Alfa can make and makes the car a blast to drive with the top off. These are great cars to go for a quick blast down the road or for a nice scenic drive. This car feels like a new car!!! This is a one year only production Alfa Spider, this is a series 4 car but in 1990 the car retained its classic lines, where as in 1991 they changed the bumpers. The 1990 received the updated mechanicals which benefited from power steering and several other mechanical upgrades such as Variable Valve Timing. Exterior: This beautiful Alfa Romeo Graduate looks great finished in its beautiful original Rossa Alfa paint. The paint has a very "deep" look and has a great shine. Its amazing how well preserved this car is and only has a couple of minor rock chips. It does not have any dents or paint damage other than rock chips from driving the car down the road. Every panel lines up great and all of the doors, hood and trunk all open and shut with ease and have a solid feel. I have not found any accident damage on this car nor any evidence of paintwork. This is a completely rust free car. The car really has a great look with its beautiful Pinninfarina body and gorgeous 5 spoke alloy wheels. This car just has that iconic Italian Spider look that still grabs everyones attention 25 years later. The exterior of this car is in beautiful shape and can be driven and enjoyed daily or taken to local weekend car shows.

Interior: The beautiful tan interior of this Alfa is like new and in great condition. The interior is in excellent shape showing very minor wear. The front seats, door panels and dash are like new and in excellent shape and are free of stains and tears. The dash is in great shape and it is not cracked. All of the buttons on the dash and console are in excellent condition and are not "sticky." The car has a great sounding stereo and even the A/C works!!! Seriously, sitting inside of this car is like sitting almost in a new Alfa in 1990. Everything is in excellent working order and the windows roll up and down quickly and quietly. All of the gauges and lights are in great working order. The original Canvas convertible top is in excellent condition and looks great for being original. Overall the interior of this car is beautiful and is a great place to be.

Engine: The original Alfa Twin Cam fires right up and runs like a top. This engine, like the rest of the car, has been well cared for and was just treated to a service and water pump just a week ago. The car starts right up and does not blow any smoke on start up or while driving. The car runs incredibly smooth and never skips a beat. Whether you are at 750rpm or 6,000 rpm the car runs incredibly smooth. This car, and my Ferrari mechanic will agree, pulls very strong for an Alfa and is quite impressive. This Spider also has excellent throttle response and great power. The engine has very strong oil pressure as well and stays nice and cool in Arizonas hot and dry climate. The transmission shift perfectly through all the gears and the clutch feels great and is not exhibiting any slipping whatsoever. The gear change is so nice and smooth on this car, the gear lever moves with ease and has a great feel. The 4 wheel disc brakes stop the car incredibly well and have a great solid feel. The car tracks down the road straight as an arrow and feels solid driving down the road. All of the lights, signals, wipers etc. are in great working order. This car comes complete with original tool kit, spare key, jack, and books. This is an extremely reliable car. This is a great driving Alfa that is truly turn-key and can just be driven and enjoyed. This really is a great car to spend time in!

The Alfa Graduate is a very appreciated model due to its simplicity and low cost maintenance. At Close of Auction
