  Excellent 2008 R350 with P1 Package

Luxury combines with utility and a full compliment of safety features in this Mercedes-Benz Crossover. This is a very nice example of a 2008 Mercedes-Benz R350 2WD.

The R350 comes with a long list of standard equipment - then this one adds about $5000 in factory options including heated front seats, the exterior chrome package, iPod integration and Premium I package. The P1 package includes: Parktronic, Rear Audio Controls, Harman/Kardon Sound System w/SIRIUS Satellite Radio, a Power Liftgate and more. (note: this R350 has the power moonroof instead of the Panoramic roof, reducing the price of the P1 Package from $4850 to $3850)

Kelley Blue Books retail price for this vehicle is over $16,000. Even their "Fair Purchase" price is $16,296. Our reserve price is far below that.

Exterior features include 18" alloy wheels and fog lamps.

Carfax shows no accident history or any other problems.

The Parktronic system has parking alert sensors in the front and rear bumpers.

The interior is also in excellent shape. The seats have no rips or tears, and aren't showing any wear. The carpets and door panels are also in excellent shape. There are no burn marks, and there is no smoke odor in the car.

Both front seats have power controls and are heated.

The rear seats are also in excellent shape.

There are also rear climate controls and rear headphone jacks.

The 3rd row seats are also very nice.

The cargo area is clean, flexible and large. You can fold down any or all of the 2nd and 3rd row seats to create a cavernous space.

The liftgate is power operated.

The 3.5 liter V6 runs smooth and is rated at 268 hp and 258 lb-ft or torque. 

This car now has 79,894 miles on it. Carfax shows accurate mileage. This car may be driven, so there could be more miles on it by the time the auction is over.

We are a licensed and bonded auto dealer in Florida.

Please read my description and all other information completely and view all the pictures carefully before you bid on this auction to ensure you are knowledgeable about the vehicle you are bidding on.

All of our vehicles are available for inspection and test drive, and we encourage you to do so. When buying a used car, one should expect a certain amount of wear, use and flaws that one would not expect from buying a new car. A vehicle that is 8 years old will show more wear than one that is 3 years old. etc, etc...ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS IS unless otherwise noted.

Vehicles with remaining warranty must be handled between purchaser and new car dealer. We occasionally buy our cars from new car dealers, and in rare cases the dealer has to make a payoff to a finance company and wait for the title, which could be delayed up to 15 days.

As we are located In Florida, we are required to title a vehicle "Exempt" in miles if the car is 10 years or older. The miles listed is the actual reading from the cars odometer.  

We do not reveal our reserve prices, sorry. Our reserve prices are set realistically, usually between wholesale and retail price. We prefer to see all auctions through to the end in order to get the best price for a vehicle. We are a dealer however, and all vehicles are for sale to the public. We therefore reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early if the vehicle is sold. We reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive or net negative feed back.

Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements, or any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the State of Florida in Broward County. Placing your bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payment/Fees

 You may pay the purchase price in cash in person, with a cashiers or certified check or bank to bank wire transfer. Sorry, but we do not accept credit cards or Paypal.

If you are the winner, a 10% non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter.
