TERMS:
Purchaser must provide an immediate deposit via credit or debit card. The balance is expected by
cash, check or loan.

Financing is available to qualified individuals. We prefer to arrange financing for you. The mileage listed in the auction is accurate as of the initial date of listing. Our cars do go on test
drives, and the mileage may be reasonably higher at the time of purchase.

The total amount due will be the purchase price plus a $250.00 title and documentation service
fee, plus sales tax, plus your local registration fees. We collect sales tax for the residents of Ohio and the following states: Arizona (6.6%), California (7.25%), Florida (6.0%), Indiana (7%), Massachusetts (6.25%), Michigan (6%) and South Carolina (5% capped at $300). You will not be double taxed. If you are financing the
purchase, we title and register the vehicle for you and collect those additional fees from you.

Sold "where­is." You are responsible for picking up the vehicle or making shipping arrangements.
We will not release a vehicle to a shipping company unless it is paid in full. We can arrange
shipping for you.

You are welcome to take delivery of the car in person. We are about 15 minutes from the
Cleveland airport, and we can pick you up during reasonable hours.

This vehicle is for sale on our lot, and it may be advertised in local newspapers. I reserve the right
to end this auction early, without notice and without reason. All vehicles are subject to prior sale
even if this listing is still active.

Purchasers must provide valid photo identification. U.S. buyers must provide a copy of a valid
drivers license and social security number. Non-­U.S. purchasers must provide a copy of a valid
passport. Other identification and/or proof of residency may be required to complete the
transaction.

If outside the US, you are responsible for any non­U.S. title work, any import or export tariffs and
all shipping arrangements.
