5. Mileage is subject to change due to demos, road test, car being test driven, inspected, serviced at dealership and transportation.

6. All vehicles are sold "AS IS" that is to say with NO WARRANTY. Remaining manufacturer coverage may exist or a 3rd party service contract may be available at an extra cost. 7. RPM Motors, should not be held responsible for accidents, mileage discrepancy or errors reported on any vehicle's history report service. All vehicles sold by RPM Motors are guaranteed to have a clean title as well no flood damage.

8. If you intend on financing this vehicle please complete financing arrangements prior to bid/purchase this vehicle and verify that your loan institution accepts the year, make, model and mileage of this vehicle. It is important that all loans be PRE-APPROVED before the purchase process is initiated.

9. Each transaction is subject to a processing fee of $195.00, there are NO EXCEPTIONS. This fee helps to defray title processing, title searches, title mailing, state doc stamps, auto history reports, temporary tags, bank funding paperwork, auto shipping arrangements, airport shuttle services, and other related expenses we incur during the close of a sale.

10. A minimum security deposit of $500.00 must be received within 24 hours of the auction ending via Credit Card in order to confirm and validate the purchase, if no deposit is receive within the time frame, we reserve the right to re-listed and/or sell it to a qualified buyer. The remaining balance must be received by CASH (in person), CASHIERS CHECKS or BANK WIRE TRANSFER (this is the best and fastest method). NO PERSONAL CHECKS, NO CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS OR PAYPAL ACCEPTED FOR THE REMAINDER BALANCE. A full payment must be received within 7 days after the security deposit is received, unless special arrangement is made. ALL SECURITY DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

11. Non-paying buyers will be responsible for a $500.00 re-listing fee and loss of dealership's productivity time. NO EXCEPTIONS.

12. Buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title services fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered at the designated state.

13. Those wishing to have the vehicle shipped: All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. We can help making shipping arrangements on your behalf, however RPM Motors will not be held liable for any claims arising as shipping complications or damages, it will be strictly between the buyer and shipping company. A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK should not be left to RPM Motors for any shipping delays, complications or even property damage that may occur during the shipping process.

14. If the vehicle is still on our site after 14 business days without any prior arrangement a nominal storage fee of $25.00 p/day will be placed.

15. As we rely on customer's feedback in order to promote our business, we ask that eBay feedback to be exchanged at the time of the vehicle pick up. If the vehicle is to be shipped we ask for the feedback to left within 24 hours past its delivery, any complaints and/or attempt to extort money based on feedback leverage will be disputed by a third party arbitration company.

16. Please be kind to notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your estimated arrival time. This allows us to give you a better service and to have the vehicle completely re-inspected and detailed for delivery. We also provide free airport pick up, please notify us in advance for pick up arrangements.

17. In Florida, motor vehicles are exempt from all odometer disclosure statements or odometer declarations if they are 10 calendar years old or older as of January 1 of the current year, therefore titles may state mileage "EXEMPT" regardless of the mileage disclosed under the bill of sale or advertisement page.
