It is so very difficult to find an F450 7.3L in this condition. I cant say enough about how much this truck is like buying a new F450 when you could still get the 7.3L. The only owner of this truck had very valuable paso fino horses and needed the perfect truck in function and style to transport them. He purchased it after a long and tedious order process. I know that because I have the mountain of paperwork with detailed hand written and typed instructions and invoices back and forth to both the Ford Dealer and Fontaine. This truck is completely documented and not only auto check but the paperwork verify the mileage as completely accurate. 

Cosmetics:

When walking around this truck you will notice all of the plastics and trim look like new, the paint has never been repaired and has a perfectly straight and uniform texture throughout. You’ll see the lenses look clean and clear supporting the garaged kept claim. There are no and were no dings or scratches on the front or doors that we had to repair. As you get closer and look at the frame, bottom, inside the wheel wells and under the hood you cant help but notice how excellent and fresh all of the plastics, wiring, and lines look. Under the hood everything including the alternator is still original and hold the original Ford markings. The frame still has the original chalk marks. I have seen alot of nice trucks, this 7.3L is one I will remember and hold the others to the cosmetic standard. 

Mechanics:

The mountain of paperwork verify that the dealer was used to do any work or service the truck needed. The service and repairs are all well documented. The truck runs and sounds very crisp and very clean. All of the fluids are fresh. It does have an electric trailer brake controller, S & B intake with high flow filter, 4” stainless turbo back exhaust with a 5” tip, tranny temp gauge, Pyro gauge and boost gauge added to the pillar. The most desirable 7.3L in a super duty is the 99 and some verified 2000 and 2001’s which carried forged rods. These motors were good for an additional 150HP and more heavy load wear. This truck is setup to pull anything that can bolt up to the hitch as far as you are willing to go right now. 

Fontaine package $7200:

Fontaine is one of the most respected American trailer and hitch companies period. They know what they are doing and have been around for a long time. The “Classic Traveler Bed” was built to be a completely functional hauling bed and lose nothing, in fact improve on the looks and style of the original Ford bed. It is a very stylish and unique look. Most hauler beds look completely commercial and are not something you want to drive around unless you’re working. This bed does an outstanding job of adding functionality, visibility and style to the truck. It really looks awesome as it flows perfectly with the cab and added steps. This truck looks custom and very stylish which I believe fit very well with the look that the owner wanted with his very valuable cargo.

We specialize in and have sold many low mile Diesels, Ford, Chevy and Dodge. This is one of the most outstanding and mint truck we’ve had.  I can’t imagine finding something more desirable to spend the rest of my life in traveling across the country. The 7.3’s track record speaks for itself.  It will clearly outlast any newer Ford Dually Diesel regardless of the year and mileage. Even if you paid twice as much for a newer one(and you will) it would not be a finer truck and it would just kill you in depreciation and eventually die before this one.

This is a super low mile Southern truck that has been garaged and pampered its whole life. Very few 7.3 Dually’s are still in this condition regardless of options.
