Terms & Conditions

All winning bidders and best offer customers must make a $ 500 deposit within 12 hours of winning bid or offer being accepted. If a deposit is not on file, the vehicle is still considered available for sale. This must be done directly with Joe Machens Toyota-Scion. Accepted methods for deposit include paypal, and most major credit cards/debit cards. All transactions must be finalized within 3 business days, either by certified check, cashier's check or approved financing. Buyers are responsible for transport of vehicles or transport can be arranged through the dealership at buyer's expense. and any taxes or fees in their state. We do not collect sales tax or state fees, any taxes or fees are the buyer's resposibility. All buyers will pay a $199 adminstrative fee added to the final purchase price. All sales are final.  All vehicles are listed as accurately as possible, mistakes do occur from time to time however, do not assume anything, please ask if you have any questions. Dealer reserves the right to remove vehicles as they are also available on our lot.



Fee and Tax Information:

All transactions will have a $199 adminstrative fee in addition to the agreed upon price. Any other  registraion, titling fees and taxes are the buyer's resposibility and paid in the state in which the vehicle is titled.
