We are located approximately 15 minutes away from Nashville International Airport and gladly provide free transportation from the airport to all out of state buyers. All vehicles are shown by appointment only in order to provide you the highest level of service and to make efficient use of your time. Shipping Information

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. Call us for a FREE SHIPPING QUOTE. We deal with licensed, bonded, and fully insured shipping companies and will be more than happy to make all the shipping arrangements for your vehicle. We will provide you with the shipping details upon received to coordinate drop-off time and place.

Payment Terms:

Winning bidder MUST make $500 deposit within 24 HOURS of auction end to secure the vehicle and contact us to make arrangements for the remainder. The remaining balance is due within 7 days of auction end. If no deposit or contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to relist the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. If financing, please make sure that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of the vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.  

Payment Methods:

We accept PayPal for $500 deposit only. Remaining balance must be in the form of Cash in person, Money Order, Cashier’s Check, Wire Transfer, or Bank Financing.

There is a ONE time charge of $249 documentation fee (THIS IS NON-REFUNDABLE REGARDLESS OF COMPLETING THE TRANSACTION OR NOT) and 0.004% business tax (ex. $10,000 purchase = $40). Only TN residents pay sales tax. Out of State buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. We provide optional 30 day temporary plate for $5.50. By placing a bid you are obligated to complete the transaction or non-payer will be forwarded to a collection agency for further actions. $500 deposit is not refundable if the sale is not completed within 7 days due to any financing or family issues. Title processing (in some cases) may take up to 30 days.
