1998 BMW 3 Series 1.9L

ONE OWNER FLORIDA CLEAN CARFAX 1998 BMW Z3.  Now this is an all around fun car. Summer is here so this would make a perfect car for it. You get the classic style and fun of a roadster with BMW engineering.  The car rides and drives great. This car was definitely well maintained. The engine is strong and peppy for a 4 cylinder. The 5 speed manual transmission shifts great. No grinding in the gears. The clutch is nice a firm. We haven found any fluids leaking from it. The steering and suspension is nice and tight which gives you the classic BMW sport feel.  All the electronics work properly.  The roof is a manual top so no worries about it not going up and down. The top goes up and down with ease. The interior is super clean and well cared for.  The seats show barely any wear.  It looks like the seats have been recovered since i don't think BMW offered red centers.  The top looks to be recently replaced.  There are no rips in the top, it goes up and down with ease. The rear window shows no discoloration in the plastic and is clear. The top doesn't leak. The radio display works properly as most have issues. The seals around the windows and top look in excellent shape. The A/C blows nice and cold. none of the storage compartments are broken. power windows work great. There are no service lights on. An all around great car. The car appears to have been repainted at some point in time probably due to fading.  The car has new tires on the front and plenty of tread on the rears.  The cool rims on the car show minimal wear.  The car also still has the original BMW tools in the trunk. The only issues we found we cosmetic and we took a ton of pictures but not everything shows up so we are going to nit pick it for you.  It appears this car was probably parked in a parking garage due to the door dings it has.  On the drivers side we counted about five door dings in various spots. On the passenger side we counted about five. The front bumper has a scrape and a chip on the drivers side, passenger side and lower part of the passenger side bumper (pictured) there is a rock chip here and there but not many (pictured). The only other thing that stuck out to us is on the passenger side lower rocker panel (ground effect) there is a dent but no paint damage to it (pictures but hard to see). Pretty much if you get a dent wizard guy to come out they could probably get most of the dings away. If you repainted the front bumper that would take care of the scrapes and you would have a really nice looking Strong running Z3 to drive around. We have put 100 miles on it so far and she runs strong and is a ton of fun to drive. No smoker car, no odors. We have the books and 1 key for this car. Summer is here so why not take advantage of it with a convertible BMW at a super low price.
