Payment Terms:

The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Cash (In Person), certified check, bank transfer, or 3rd-party financing.

Fees and Taxes:

Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

All vehicles are sold AS-IS unless there is remaining warranty available through the manufacturer of the vehicle.  Extended warranties are available for purchase through Guardian Warranty Company on vehicles with under 150,000 miles at the time of sale.  Details provided at the dealership.  We try to represent the vehicles as accurately as possible however it is impossible to show every minor imperfection on every vehicle.  The buyer should assume that there are minor flaws associated with all used vehicles due to normal wear and tear and everyday use.  It is encouraged that the buyer looks over the vehicle before purchasing, but if that is not possible we would be glad to give you a live "walk around" while you are on the phone with one of our associates.  During this time we will do our best to answer any questions you have as well concerning the vehicle.  We can also help to arrange the shipping of your vehicle to any destination in the continental United States and Canada once the vehilce has been paid in full.  The buyer is responsible for all costs involved with shipping.  Professional third-party inspections are allowed as long as they are done at the location of the dealership.  Please call if you have any additional questions.

State sales tax of 6.25% applies to all vehicles sold that will be registered in the state of Texas.  For vehicles being registered in a state other than Texas the buyer will be responsible for all state, county, and city taxes and fees as well as any registration fees that will apply in the state where the vehicle is registered.  In addition to the sales tax a registration fee of $95.75 will be charged to cover the title fee, E-Tag, and registration fees in the state of Texas. A Vehicle Inventory Tax of 0.2006% is also collected at time of sale on all vehciles sold regardless of which state they are going to be registered in.  A documentary fee of $125 is collected to help cover title, registration, and document processing fees associated with the sale of the vehicle.  This is not an official fee and is not required by law.
