12. Buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title services fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered at the designated state.

13. Those wishing to have the vehicle shipped: All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. We can help making shipping arrangements on your behalf, however RPM Motors will not be held liable for any claims arising as shipping complications or damages, it will be strictly between the buyer and shipping company. A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK should not be left to RPM Motors for any shipping delays, complications or even property damage that may occur during the shipping process.

14. If the vehicle is still on our site after 14 business days without any prior arrangement a nominal storage fee of $25.00 p/day will be placed.

15. As we rely on customer's feedback in order to promote our business, we ask that eBay feedback to be exchanged at the time of the vehicle pick up. If the vehicle is to be shipped we ask for the feedback to left within 24 hours past its delivery, any complaints and/or attempt to extort money based on feedback leverage will be disputed by a third party arbitration company.

16. Please be kind to notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your estimated arrival time. This allows us to give you a better service and to have the vehicle completely re-inspected and detailed for delivery. We also provide free airport pick up, please notify us in advance for pick up arrangements.

In Florida, motor vehicles are exempt from all odometer disclosure statements or odometer declarations if they are 10 calendar years old or older as of January 1 of the current year, therefore titles may state mileage "EXEMPT" regardless of the mileage disclosed under the bill of sale or advertisement page.
