This 1973 Bug is a full "pan off" restoration. The VW has been built to appear as a 1967 model with many 67 model parts. The body is a rust free body and very straight. Wider glass fenders were added to tuck the 17" Torque Thrust Wheels. Nothing was left untouched in the build. 1967 mirrors,tailights lenses, antenna and rear deck latch was used along with Euro bumpers The paint, glass, chrome and rubber are all very nice also. The 1600 cc engine was rebuilt and sounds amazing, with a small oversized camshaft and custom headwork. The engine runs great and is backed by a 4 speed transmission with an Empi short throw shifter. The inside is in great condition also, leather wrapped low back bucket seats were used for comfort. The dash is color matched to the rest of the car with a new speedo and  AM/FM/CD tucked away in the glovebox. The huge sliding ragtop is great for summertime riding! I have restoration photos that go with the car documenting the extensive work done to this bug. This thing is a joy to drive and demands attention everywhere it goes.
