Air conditioning is ice cold and the tires look real good. • A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns of purchase. Florida buyers are subject to a 6% sales tax plus applicable Florida fees. • We make a conscientious effort to describe each vehicle in detail, utilizing both text and photos; however, it is very important to keep in mind that these vehicles are pre-owned, not brand new. Therefore, minor items such as cigarette lighters, record books, manuals, CD changer magazines, etc. may be missing. Our vehicles may be used for demonstration purposes after they have been listed on Ebay. Additionally, as with any used vehicle, minor signs of wear may become more obvious under close scrutiny, such small nicks or chips, light scratches or minor abrasions, wheel scuffs, or other indications of normal wear and tear. • Unless otherwise stated, ALL vehicles are sold as is. No warranties, neither expressed nor implied, are included with any purchase from the seller; however, there may be manufacturers factory warranties remaining on some vehicles.
  
  
• All vehicles usually come with one (1) master ignition & door key. On occasion there will be extras which will be included. Also if we have books and/or manuals or records...we will clearly state if they are included in the auctions listing.
  
  
• We reserve the right to notify bidders of early cancellation of any auction. We shall not be held liable for any such cancellation and/or closure. We reserve the right to cancel bids from anyone with excessive or negative feedback.
  
  
• Most auctions will only be 5 or 7 days long. In our 'NO RESERVE' auctions, we will sell to the highest bidder, Win, Lose or Draw. The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours and send out a maximum deposit of $500.00 within 24 hours by bank wire transfer, credit card, Pay Pal or overnight express. Original bill of sale and documents must be signed and completed then returned to seller by mail upon receipt of them. The car must be paid in full Prior To delivery. Payments made by cashier's check, must be presented before delivery and will need to be verified, by us, with the issuing financial institution. Some restrictions may apply. Sold vehicles will be stored for no longer than 7 days at no charge. A storage charge will incur after 7 days. • A 10 year old vehicle will show more normal wear than a 2 year old vehicle and this fact should always be considered. We will do our best to openly disclose these defects in our auctions.
