Terms of sale:

By placing a bid or ‘Buy it Now’ on this vehicle you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above-described vehicle. We reserve the right to cancel all existing bids and end the auction early should the item no longer be available for sale. 

Payment Terms:
A deposit of $1,000 (non-refundable) must be paid within 24 hours of the close of the auction. The remaining balance must be paid within 3 days from close of auction via wire transfer, cash (in person) or certified check.  Vehicles must be paid in full prior to vehicle delivery.

Fees and Taxes:
Colorado residents pay applicable Sales tax plus Title and Registration fees, out of State Buyers will be responsible for their own Sales tax and Registration fees. All sales will be charged a $250 dealer handling fee.  Buyers are responsible for shipping and all associated costs.
