The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions. We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. We are committed to showing you honesty and integrity. We ask that you show us the same courtesy by abiding by all terms and conditions of this auction.

High bidder can pay by certified check, bank check, wire-transfer, or cash (in-person) only. Buyer must first contact us before placing bids or clicking the "Buy It Now" option if planning to arrange for payment via financing. Buyer must also contact us prior to bidding if he/she intends to trade a vehicle as part of the sales transaction. Failure to contact Pete Mankins Nissan/Mercedes-Benz before bidding in either case may result in negative eBay buyer feedback, filing of eBay non-compliance or non-payment claim, loss of deposit, and/or loss of right to purchase. Please contact us for more information and finance qualification details. Bidders should seek pre-approval and commitment from a lender before making a bid or contact us before bidding. We will furnish all original books, maintenance records, keys and keyless remotes, if available. For Texas buyers, we will perform state inspection at time of sale. We will also agree, at Buyer's own expense, to permit any pre-sale inspection (within 10-mile radius of Seller) to examine this vehicle for mechanical defects or problems, provided a copy of report of such examination is furnished to Seller. We are willing to help with any reasonable shipping or delivery arrangement that the Buyer may wish to arrange. Unless otherwise stated in this listing, Pete Mankins, Inc. will arrange shipping for you as a value-added service only and Buyer will be responsible for payment of shipping. (We do not have an affiliation with any shippers.)

We require all buyers to pay an initial good faith deposit to seller (Pete Mankins Nissan/Mercedes-Benz), within 24 hours after the auction close, of $500 via Paypal or overnight cashier's check. We can also accept payment via credit card over the telephone. As we are a licensed Texas dealer and sell vehicles on our sales lot as well as through eBay, the $500 deposit allows us to move the vehicle off the sales lot so that no other buyer can view or attempt to purchase the vehicle. Failure to pay the $500 deposit within 24 hours may result in another buyer purchasing the vehicle, thus voiding the bid. All eBay Auctions ending using the Buy It Now option require an immediate $500.00 Paypal deposit. The full payment for this sale must take place within 3 business days of the auction close.

Please understand, we do our very professional best to describe to you in detail all our vehicles (new and pre-owned), however, we are only human and with our pre-owned vehicles, therefore, Pete Mankins, Inc. and their employees will not be held accountable for errors or omissions in the description of the above vehicle or any of our vehicles represented on eBay. Again, we welcome you to come view our facility as well as our vehicles during business hours. To better assist you, all guest drives, test drives and vehicle showings are by appointment only. We do offer service contracts / Mechanical breakdown protection plans on many of our vehicles that are services performed and sold by third party warranty companies and are not administrated by Pete Mankins, Inc. or any of its affiliates. These warranties are accepted by most ASE authorized service centers and dealerships nationwide. We, the Seller, reserve the right to sell this vehicle through other venues. Unqualified Bidding, Auction Interference, Shill Bidding, or any form of harassment may be subject to legal prosecution.
