Up for bid is a Excursion Limited diesel model! This truck runs and shifts great. It is in overall fair shape. It has 3 brand new tires on it. The exterior of this car is in average shape. The driver side fender shows some fading. The interior is in below average shape. (PLEASE VIEW ALL PICTURES as they are a part of the description)! The interior window controls do not operate. everything else seems to be working. No cat converters. Rear window telescopes do not hold. One of the top pulleys has a squeak. Turbo spools as it should. This is an AS IS NO RESERVE auction! Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

Successful high bidder should email dinocb@aol.com within 24 hours after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction. All financial transactions should be in the form of cash or cashier's-check. Within 24 hours after the end of sale, winning bidder must submit 10% of the total cost of the sale. Balance is due within 4 days of the end of sale. We will store any vehicle for up to 10 days free of charge. A $220 processing fee will be added to the total value of the auction. This fee includes notary services, messenger, and title transfer. It is a fixed amount for any car-purchaser, and dealers are included. This fee is not negotiable. If the buyer decides to pay in full via Pay Pal or credit card, and extra 3% of the total will be added due to fees we cannot control. Please don't bid if funds are not available at the time of bidding. Pennsylvania buyers must pay sales tax and tag fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes in their own states. Shipping?!? There are numerous reliable shipping companies that specialize in interstate vehicle shipment. Responsibility for shipping rests entirely with the buyer.

Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
Shipping & Delivery:
1. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. C and B Motors will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
2. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by C and B Motors as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with C and B Motors.
3. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
Finalizing your Purchase:
1. C and B Motors will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
2. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Dino at C and B Motors by e-mail or phone
  610-522-0700 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
3. In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by major credit card, cash in person or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller.
4. At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver Licence. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
