Sale of Vehicle:
The winning bidder MUST contact us within 24 HOURS of the Auction end and make payment arrangements at that time. We require a $500 deposit due within 24 hours of winning the auction. If the auction ends after business hours, please email or call to confirm and consummate your deal. Your vehicle will be secured upon receipt of deposit. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The remainder of the balance is due within 3 DAYS of the Auction end. If contact is NOT made within 24 hours of Auction end, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder or sell it otherwise.

Titles:
Nalley Toyota always guarantees we will deliver clear, clean titles to all customers at vehicle pick-up or delivery. All vehicles are sold free and clear with no liens. Autocheck will show when a lien is issued, but they never show when a lien is satisfied. A LICENSED DEALER CANNOT SELL A VEHICLE IF IT HAS A LIEN ON IT.

Vehicle Availability:
Nalley Toyota reserves the right to sell all vehicles to walk in customers. If we sell a vehicle to a walk in customer we will remove the eBay auction once the vehicle is delivered. We strive to provide auctions on all in stock units. However, due to the conflict of walk in customers purchasing vehicles that may be on eBay auctions, it may be possible for issues to arise. If an instance occurs where an eBayer hits the Buy It Now on a vehicle that has just sold to a walk in customer, Nalley Toyota will make its best efforts in locating an acceptable replacement vehicle for you. However, this is not guaranteed. Once a deposit is received for a vehicle, we will make sure that vehicle is secured for you.

New Vehicle Pricing:
All new vehicles are priced with rebates that are applicable to everyone and are based on Georgia Region rebates. Rebates may or may not be different depending on the region in which you register your New vehicle. Rebates that may be included in the price are customer cash, finance incentive (if applicable), and trade in assistance (if applicable). No other special rebates are included in new vehicle pricing.

Cash:
Please do not mail cash. All cash transactions must take place in person.

Certified Funds:
Bank wire transfers, cashier's checks, money orders, ACH payments, and other immediately available, non-cancelable funds are all acceptable forms of payment.

Institutional Financing:
Finance Contracts from US Banks and other lending institutions are accepted. All funds must be US Dollars. PLEASE ARRANGE FINANCING PRIOR TO BIDDING.

Out of State Taxes and Fees:
Out of state buyers are not charged sales tax, title, or license fees on used vehicles. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. On new vehicles, the dealership must register, title, and pay your taxes (in your state) which the buyer will be charged for. All buyers pay a $599 Documentary fee and vehicle inventory tax. All new vehicles will pay an additional $141 electronic filing fee which is the service that titles and registers your vehicle. This is to ensure proper procedures and documentation required by our dealer's license. This electronic filing fee is $138 for used vehicles.

Georgia Taxes and Fees:
In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. All buyers pay a $599 Documentary fee and vehicle inventory tax. All new vehicles will pay an additional $141 for our electronic filing which is the service that titles and registers your vehicle. Auction Policies:
Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors, please contact us prior to bidding. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end this auction early and sell this vehicle at any time if the reserve has not been met or the auction has not ended. Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to Ebay and negative feedback posted. Please Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 HOURS of the auction close, and the purchase transaction must be completed within 3 DAYS.

Receiving Your Vehicle:
The Buyer is responsible for pickup of this vehicle. Please call us PRIOR to making your arrangements to pick up your vehicle so we may schedule a mutually agreeable time and date with you. If you are flying into Georgia, we are happy to provide private transportation in one of our lovely vehicles from the Harsfield-Jackson International Airport to our dealership.

Shipping:
If you wish to have your vehicle shipped, please call us FIRST. We will help arrange shipping with our preferred shippers. We only use dependable transporters, and we offer this service strictly as a courtesy for our customers.  We do not charge extra or receive compensation for this service. We want our customers to have the reliability they deserve for their new vehicle, and it is our goal to make the shipping an easy process. The average turn around time for the shipping of vehicles is estimated at 2 full weeks from the day the transporter picks up the vehicle. We will help schedule the pick up of your vehicle as soon as possible, but due to many circumstances beyond our control (weather, space availability, clearance of funds, etc.), times can vary.

New Toyota Manufacturer's Warranty:
All new Toyota vehicles come complete with Toyota's manufacturer's warranty. This warranty includes a 3 year / 36,000 mile (whichever comes first) bumper to bumper warranty as well as a 5 year / 60,000 mile (whichever comes first) powertrain warranty.
