Here is a 1996 Subaru Legacy Outback. It is PA inspected. It starts strong, it runs great and the trans shifts with no issue. Loaded with all the options. Interior and exterior are super for the year and miles. No warning lights on. No worries. It appears to have good tires.  The A/C is cold and the  heat works fine. Great miles for this year, and it appears really well taken care of.  We feel the condition is great. Look at the photos or stop by for a first hand look and test drive. WOW!  Buy with confidence and no worries.  We drove this car over 50 miles and could find no issues. But do keep in mind it is used, it will not be new. BUT does runs great,
