     • You will be allowed to retract the bid for exceptional circumstances but only if you do so within one hour after placing the bid.

• Buyers Inspection: AutoNation Chevrolet Highway 6 has done our best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. AutoNation Chevrolet Highway 6 welcomes a buyers inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Inspection fees if any are Buyers responsibility.
• Representations and Warranties made by seller: On new vehicles, the full manfacturer warranty is available. For all new GM vehicles, including Chevrolet, the warranty a 3 year, 36,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty and a 5-year, 100,000 mile powertrain warranty. GM Certified pre-owned vehicles have a limited warranty available as well. For other pre-owned (used) vehicles, including GM vehicles that are not certified, the remainder of the original manufacturer warranty (if transferrable) may be available. Other pre-owned (used) vehicles may have no warranty at all. Extended warranties may be available on vehicles listed for sale in our store, make sure you e-mail or phone David Sabart at 281-561-9900for details. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.
• Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.
  
• Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
• Trade In Policy: AutoNation Chevrolet Highway 6 does accept trades from eBay bidders. However we have strict regulations and procedures in regards to how trade-ins are handled.
• We will provide trade in value on your trade.  You must provide AutoNation Chevrolet Highway 6 with the vehicle identification number (VIN) and a minimum of 10 pictures of the vehicle, including the interior and the exterior. Except in certain conditions (i.e., residing in the Houston Metropolitan Area), no trade in values will be given without photos of the car. No number is final until the vehicle has been physically seen by AutoNation Chevrolet Highway 6.   
• The buyer's trade-in vehicle must arrive at AutoNation Chevrolet Highway 6 as described and depicted in the photos provided previously by the buyer. AutoNation Chevrolet Highway 6 reserves the right to penalize the buyer in the form of a reduced trade in value or outright cancellation of the transaction if the vehicle arrives and fails to be as described by the buyer and as depicted in photos provided by the buyer.
• If the buyer elects to ship the vehicle down to AutoNation Chevrolet Highway 6 in lieu of driving, the trade in vehicle must arrive at AutoNation Chevrolet Highway 6 for final inspection before the purchased vehicle is released for transport. If the trade in vehicle fails inspection here at AutoNation Chevrolet Highway 6 due to the vehicle not being what it was described to be by the buyer or depicted to be in photos provided by the buyer, the vehicle will be sent back at the buyer's cost.
• Shipping & Delivery:
1. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. AutoNation Chevrolet Highway 6 will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
2. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by AutoNation Chevrolet Highway 6 as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with AutoNation Chevrolet Highway 6.
3. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure
   
• Finalizing your Purchase:
1. AutoNation Chevrolet Highway 6 will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
2. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with David Sabart at AutoNation Chevrolet Highway 6 by e-mail or phone 281-561-9900within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
3. In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of a minimum of $500 by major credit card, cash in person or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller. The deposit may be refunded to the buyer when the transaction is finalized or may be applied towards the vehicle.
4. At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.

Vehicles that are listed as "NEW" are unavailable to sale for export, per rules established by our parent company, AutoNation, and the franchise agreement with General Motors Company. All buyers must register their vehicle, including paying appropriate taxes, here in the United States.

Vehicles listed as "USED" are available to any customer in the world.
