    All AS IS vehicles will be supplied with a list of defects. AS IS means that there is NO WARRANTY expressed, written or implied on that vehicle. We clearly state in our ad if the vehicle is a Certified Pre Owned vehicle.

    Availablity:  This vehicle is for sale localy and may become unavailable during this auction.  The seller reserves the right to end the auction early if vehilce sells locally or becomes unavailable.

     

    Financing: For help in arranging financing or for any questions regarding financing options, please contact us prior to bidding.

     

    Shipping and Delivery:  The buyer is responsible for picking up or shipping the vehicle and all charges and fees associated in transport.  We are more than happy to pick you up from one of the local airports(White Plains, NY  - HPN ), please let us know when your plane is arriving and we will be there to pick you up.



    Fee and Tax Information:

    Payments: A deposit of $500.00 (non-refundable) must be paid within 24 Hours of the close of the Auction. When the deposit has been submitted  The remaining balance must be paid within 3 Days. If payment is made by cashier's we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.

     

    Taxes and Fees:  The "Buyer" is responsible not only for knowing their own states' laws regarding taxes and fees, but also remitting the proper taxes, fees, and documents for their state.

     

    All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered.

     

    Pepe Infiniti has a $75.00 dealer documentation fee and a $75.00 gas  for all vehilces that they sell.
