Up for bid is a 2007 Azera Limited V6 model! This car is absolutely beautiful. It is loaded with every option and drives flawlessly. It has a clean history with no accidents. It has heated leather interior, power moon roof, premium wheels, XM radio. Everything is in proper working order. The tires are matching have about 80% tread left on them. Brakes are good. Smoke free and odor free. This is an AS IS NO RESERVE AUCTION! High bidder wins and is required to leave a deposit. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. Successful high bidder should email dinocb@aol.com within 24 hours after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction. All financial transactions should be in the form of cash or cashier's-check. Within 24 hours after the end of sale, winning bidder must submit 10% of the total cost of the sale. Balance is due within 4 days of the end of sale. We will store any vehicle for up to 10 days free of charge. A $220 processing fee will be added to the total value of the auction. This fee includes notary services, messenger, and title transfer. It is a fixed amount for any car-purchaser, and dealers are included. This fee is not negotiable. If the buyer decides to pay in full via Pay Pal or credit card, and extra 3% of the total will be added due to fees we cannot control. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. Shipping & Delivery:
1. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. C and B Motors will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
2. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by C and B Motors as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with C and B Motors.
3. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
Finalizing your Purchase:
1. C and B Motors will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
2. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Dino at C and B Motors by e-mail or phone
  610-522-0700 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
3. In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by major credit card, cash in person or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller.
4. At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver Licence. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
