All vehicles are sold "as is" which means without a factory warranty unless otherwise stated. We recommend all vehicles without a factory warranty remaining be protected by an extended warranty plan. The buyer's shipping company “Vehicle Condition” waybill must not differ from the original Brookhaven Motors “Vehicle Condition” waybill copy to qualify for transaction cancellation.
