Terms & Conditions

All vehicles listed are for sale locally and we reserve the right to end auctions/listings early. All vehicles are available for inspection Monday through Saturday. We can assist with delivery of vehicles to most anywhere in the world and deal with some of the best shippers in the industry with competitive pricing. We can arrange customer pickup at the Atlanta (ATL) airport also have bus and train stations nearby. Deposit: Deposit of $500 must be paid within 24 hours of auction close. Payment: Items will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. Buyer has 5 days to pay. Warranty: Vehicles and/or equipment is covered by manufacturers warranty only.

Fee and Tax Information:

Please ask any questions prior to bidding. Our fees include a documentation fee of $299.95, theft registration of $189.00 and $49.95 Electronic Tag registration, (these fees are included in the Buy It Now price and you must bring in a copy of the listing) plus applicable state taxes or Georgia TAVT fee, $18.00 Georgia title fee $20/$5 GA tag fee and $3.00 Warranty Rights act fee for new cars only. For Georgia residents please have a copy of your registration if transferring tag, fee is $20 for new and $5 for transfer. We can help arrange shipping nationwide or we are close the Atlanta airport (ATL) and can arrange pickup at the airport.
