This car is for sale as the result of the untimely unexpected passing of a dear friend of mine. He bought this car brand new. During the time he owned the car it was well maintained and amazingly the car gave him zero problems as some new cars do, so this car is the “farthest thing from a lemon” you could ever expect and will give the new owner many years of trouble-free service.

The car is in superb condition save for a few hundred dollars worth of minor dings one gets in parking lots. This happens to any car if you park to shop.

The 2014 Ford Focus SE model that is the closest replacement in features and options to this 2010 model has a current sticker price of over $23,000! As this car is NOT a rental or something that somebody turned in, because it had problems (yes some cars are good ones and others not so good right out of the factory), etc., the price I would want to get out of it is $14,000. It's really like buying a brand new car!

The car has been taken off the road and stored as I have no need for another automobile, so that's why I'm selling it.
