Deposit
We require a $500 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of winning the auction (PayPal Preferred). Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment if not using PayPal at time of purchase.

In State Buyers (Nevada)· All state of Nevada residents will receive a 30 day moving permit. Sales Tax and title fees will be collected at time of sale. All titles, once received, will be mailed to the Nevada DMV office in Carson City. You will receive your new title within 4-6 weeks (if a cash sale). Finance customers: Your title will be mailed to your lien holder. Call us for more details. Seller must obtain personal information from customer to process the transaction. Out of State Buyers:· All vehicles being sold outside of the state of Nevada will receive a 15 day moving permit ($10 DMV fee applies). Bid Retractions:· Bid retractions are not allowed, nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Negative Feedback Bidders:· We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback should email or call us prior to bidding.

Successful Bidder:· The winning bidder will be contacted via email/phone after the auction closes, or he/she must contact eAutoNiche within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder:· If the deposit in not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction. We reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder, or another qualified buyer.

Customer Decides Not to Purchase: If the seller backs out of the deal their $500 deposit is non-refundable and must contact dealer asap.

We ask that eBay Feedbacks to be exchanged at the time of the vehicle pick up. If the vehicle has been shipped feedback must be left within 24 hours upon delivery of the vehicle, this is to avoid leverage of the current feedback structure against sellers in cases of extortion, IF A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IS LEFT AFTER THE ABOVE TIME FRAME, IT WILL BE DISPUTED BY A THIRD PARTY ARBITRATION COMPANY. eAutoNiche LLC advertisement pictures MAY NOT be used for any other reason and are the property of eAutoNiche LLC.

eAutoNiche is one of the very few dealerships that offer transportation assistance to our out of town customers. We understand customers do not ship vehicles on a daily basis like we do, so we will gladly set up the shipping for you. No other dealership offers this. They would just prefer to make the sale ans leave the rest up to the customer. This makes our process a one stop shopping experience. We only use and recommand drivers with over a 90% satisifaction rating, fully licensed, bonded, insured, reliable, creditable, and safety minded transporters. Please keep in mind this service is an assistance only service. Once the vehicle leaves our dealership we will not be held responsible for the vehicle. Once the transport is booked we will email you the booking reservation and driver contact info.

eAutoNiche is authorized to setup and arrange the transport of your vehicle while leaving out the broker (middle man), so you save money on the transport quote. Customers will be responsible for the shipping charges. All payments are made to eAutoNiche, LLC. Call or email for detailed questions and quotes.
