Wendell 706-831-1899     Up for auction is one of the nicest and well-built 55 Chevy’s in the country. I know because I look at these cars everywhere and it is rare to find a car of this caliber for sale anywhere! I wouldn’t hesitate to drive this car across the country right now. It needs absolutely nothing and everything works as it should. This car is tight and it is quiet on the inside.   I bought the car from the original owner (since the build) … And this car was his baby and it was pampered, protected, loved on and cared for since day one. It was a love affair and I know why. The car is absolutely a stunning knockout and it’s just plain awesome!   The body is laser straight and flat on the sides with paint that looks to be two feet deep on the car. As I mentioned above the paint alone on this car was over $21,000 and I have receipts on the build. The wheel wells were widened 2” and the stance on this Hot Rod is absolutely perfect as you will see in the many pictures. This car has won paint and body awards and national car shows and I have the magazine that this car appeared in for its paint & body!   The engine is a GM crate ZZ4 350/355hp and it is topped off with a Street & Performance Fuel Injection system for extreme reliability and performance! High-flow aluminum heads are the keys to the ZZ4’s robust 355 hp and 405 lb-ft of torque. They boast 163-cc intake runners, raised exhaust ports, and tight, 58-cc combustion chambers that enhance compression and power. The heads feature 1.94/1.50-inch valves for efficient performance. The rest of the ZZ4 350 is comprised of premium materials including a brand-new four-bolt block, forged steel crankshaft, high-silicon pistons, and a hydraulic roller camshaft. Add the Street & Performance Fuel injection system and high performance accompanying parts and you have an engine bay that is High Top Show Quality and dependable enough to drive anywhere and everywhere right now!   The 700R4 transmission with the Currie 9” rear end with the 3.70 gear is a great combination for around town or out on the highway!     The interior is absolutely gorgeous as well as comfortable. The seats are “Griege” Austrian leather. Do you know why Austrian leather is better? It’s because there are no barb wire fences over there to tear the cattle hides. The dash is Ford “light mocha” and the carpet is Mercedes English wool. This car is amazingly quiet going down the road and tight. It is insulated and every nut, bolt, and wire is perfectly tightened and in place. The Classic instrument gauge only shows 100 + a few miles. It was replaced just a couple of months ago. The car actually has that plus 4800 miles. The new gauges have a smooth Rolex motion unlike one that I’ve seen before including the shift indicator. It has a nice sounding Kenwood stereo system, Genie shifter and accelerator, Specialty windows and all new smoked glass.     The underside of the car is blue like the top with a black clear-coated and boxed frame. It is clean, neat, and nice with all stainless lines and fittings, and it is dry, no leaks that I can see anywhere. It has POSIE rear springs, Carrera adjustable coil overs on the front with tubular A-Arms. The fuel tank is from Rock Valley and is stainless of course. It has Walker Turbomax stainless mufflers with 2 1/2 aluminized pipes.   This is an amazing car and it has not been for sale until now. Cars in this category do not come along every day. The car cost over 100 to build and it shows. If you have seen this car at a car show then you know what it is.
