We welcome any third part inspections on any of our vehicles PRIOR to bidding. This deposit can be made by credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa), or by cashiers check. Balance is due within five (5) business days of close of auction and must be made by cashiers check or through secured financing. Our dealership can provide financing for qualified purchasers, based on credit acceptance.

•   The winning bidder must contact the seller within 24 hours by phone or direct message (through Ebay) to complete this transaction.

•  The winning bidder must respond within 2 days after the auction with a $2,000 deposit required via wire transfer, Visa/MC, or certified funds (cashiers check) to complete the transaction. The buyer then has 4 days from the receipt of the deposit to provide the remaining balance that is due via secured financing or cashiers check. Our dealership can provide financing for qualified buyers with approved acceptance. If the above items are not
met within the allotted time frame, the vehicle may and will be available to
all other buyers on a first-come first-serve basis. In a nutshell, the deal
must be completed within 6 days from the closing day of the auction. Please notify us for any exceptions.

 •  The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We will arrange for shipping, if requested. Also, the transportation to and from the either Chicago Midway or Chicago Ohare Aiports, and our location can be arranged and must be discussed prior to winning the auction.

•   Schepel Cadillac makes every attempt to deliver our vehicles to our clients
with two keys, key fobs, manuals, booklets, NAV CDs, wheel locks, tool kits,
etc…, however, from time-to-time a vehicle may be missing one or more of these items and we cannot guarantee that they will be included in the vehicle unless otherwise stated.

Purchaser is responsible for any and all transportation costs for shipping, we can assist you in this process, we work with a reputable locally based national shipping company plus any applicable state and/or local sales tax that is assessed where purchaser resides and from the state of Indiana, which Indiana state law states we must collect seven percent sales tax. Most states allow this credit; please check with your state tax board BEFORE bidding. We offer extended service contracts on all vehicles. Financing is available through over a dozen lenders.
