Description

Rebuilt title with flood brand, 8400 actual miles. This 300C was driven into standing water during a Palm Beach Florida flood. The engine ingested water and broke a piston rod. We installed a used engine, and had the entire car inspected by Spitzer Chrysler in Cleveland Ohio. $1122.00 later, we had new brakes front & rear, a 2nd key fob, and a new left tie rod. It now functions, runs & drives perfectly-

Previously titled "Salvage", we purchased this vehicle in a damaged condition. After rebuilding it and having it inspected by the Ohio State Highway Patrol, we were given a clear title with a "brand" marked "Rebuilt Salvage". We have included pictures of the car "pre-repair". There are basically 2 negatives. First, any remaining manufacturer's warranties are usually voided. On vehicles out of warranty, this issue is obviously irrelevant. Secondly, lending institutions are "usually" unreceptive to lending funds on these vehicles. Our customers have had success securing loans either through secondary resources such as credit unions or home equity loans. If you are not borrowing the funds, this also becomes a non-issue-

Out of State Buyers
Out of state buyers are not charged tax unless the vehicle is to be titles in Arizona (5.6%), California (6%), Florida (6%), Indiana (6%), Massachusetts (5%), Michigan (6%), South Carolina (6%), or Washington State (6%). These tax payments will be deducted when transferring the title in the customer's home state. YOU DO NOT PAY TAX TWICE. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state.

Taxes and Fees
In state buyers will be charged sales tax relative to their county of residence. Our documentation fee is $50. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction close.

Deposit
We require a 20% or $500.00 (which ever is greater) deposit within 2 days of winning the auction. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.
