End of Auction Agreement

Successful “winning” bidders must get in contact with the dealership within 24 hours of winning the listing to verify the purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. We require a minimum deposit of $500 or up to 20% of the final price within 24 hours of the auction ending. This deposit is to secure your purchase of the vehicle. The deposit is non-refundable. Avery Greene Honda accepts cash in person, certified funds, and institutional financing. You can also inquire about financing through one of the lenders our dealership works with. California residents are subject to the state’s sales tax. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. in their own state.

Once we have received and verified payment of the vehicle in full we will then be able to release the vehicle to the shipping company of your choice. We are not the shipping company and it is NOT our responsibility to transport or ship your vehicle. Avery Greene Honda is not responsible for any shipping or delivery fees. Any questions or concerns about shipping should be addressed with the shipping company of your choice. Once the vehicle has been released to the shipping company, Avery Greene Honda is not held responsible for any damages that may occur during shipment. Local pick ups are also welcomed once we receive payment in full.
