Built by Hot Rods by Rohrers at a cost of over $150,000, this '71 Chevy is pristine from top to bottom and is an absolute trailer queen. Every inch of this truck shows incredible attention to detail down to the hardware. Since its completion, the truck has been kept in a climate controlled garage built just for the truck and has just over 300 miles on it.

The paint on the truck is an absolute masterpiece and is custom from top to bottom. The Bahama Blue and Galaxy Silver were applied by Rohrer's and all of the custom air brush work was done by Scott Brown Designs. Brown is truly a master and has replicated the emblems and trim in airbrush work. There are multiple layers of clear and everything has been wet sanded to perfection. Wow! All of the glass, trim and chrome is of concourse quality and the bed of the truck has polished hardware and 14 coats of finish on the Oak slats.

Open up the engine compartment on the Chevy and most components are either polished to a mirror finish or plated in triple chrome. The C10 is powered by a Chevy Corvette 350 complete with polished Tuned Port Injection from Street and Performance. The heads are a set of Brodix ST1 polished aluminum heads and the cam is a Comp High Energy cam. Also from Street and Performance is a serpentine system with all polished components including the power steering pump and alternator. Don't miss the polished aluminum valve covers and even the polished oil pan. The transmission is a polished 700 R4 and the rear end is a 12 bolt with a 3.73 Posi unit. Providing reliable fuel pressure for the engine is a custom stainless steel fuel tank with a proper Holley internal pump. A very unique fuel fill door is located in the left rear stake pocket and uses a flush motorcycle type fill cap.

The interior of the Chevy features Chevy Silverado bucket seats that have been customized with leather and suede. Open up the center console and flip-out controls for the Air Ride system are exposed, as well as a remote for the Panasonic 7001 DVD player set-up with surround sound. Included in this awesome sound system is a 10" Kicker woofer, Kicker 4" speakers, Kicker Tweeters, and 1000 watt amp, all housed in custom kick panels and a custom speaker box behind the rear seat. Also adorning this gorgeous interior is an Ididit steering column with a Billet Specialties steering wheel. Keeping the drive cool and comfortable is a Vintage Air system.

The undercarriage is freakishly nice as well and features a smoothed and painted frame. The suspension features dropped CPP spindles and an Air Ride Technologies system complete with components that have been hidden under the bed. The brakes feature all Wilwood gear with polished master cylinder and and polished brakes lines and hoses. The wheels are 18x8 and 20x10 Billet Specialties and are clad in Dunlop ultra high performance tires.

This Truck is still eligible to go on the ISCA World of Wheels circuit and could win it. The judging sheets are available from these shows and numerous improvements have been made based on them.  If you have been looking for a pick-up that is ready to go on the ISCA circuit, Good-guys circuit, or other show circuits and win it all, this pickup is ready to go.
