Hello and thanks for viewing our, "No Reserve", auction for this, fantastic, clean Carfax history, regularly dealer maintained, blistering performance, 2003 Mercedes-Benz SLK32 AMG Roadster with retractable hard top and Winter package! She has been thoroughly inspected, checked out, serviced and she is ready to roll at this time! According to the Carfax report below, she is $1460 above retail book value!! Please take time to check out the Carfax vehicle history below which shows how well serviced and maintained she has been through her life. She combines the safety and security of a hardtop and the wind-in-your-hair fun of a convertible. As you can see in the many detailed photos taken, the "Brilliant Silver" metallic exterior shines like the Florida sun! Minor touch ups/scratches/light dings. Look how clean the under carriage is! She looks beautiful top to bottom. The "Charcoal" leather, interior looks really good also, no rips, no odors, extra clean and nice. Dash is great, no cracks and the air conditioning is ice cold! This 2003 Mercedes-Benz SLK32 AMG roadster is in really good overall condition for its year. She features, 18" TSW Performance alloy wheels, tires are in real good condition, Winter package, AMG badged front sport seats, leather interior, fog lights, power driver and passenger front seats, owner's manual, keyless entry, cruise control, telescopic leather steering wheel, homelink, rear spoiler, external temperature display, turn signal mirrors, a push a button in the center of the console and the "coupe" coverts to a convertible in just a few sconds via the power retractable hard top which is in excellent working condition, CD changer, 3.2L, supercharged V6 AMG engine, dimming rear view mirror, power windows, locks, mirrors, AMG embroidered floor mats, fabric windscreen fitted between the seats, 4-wheel ABS disc brakes, rear defogger, AMG VDO tachometer/gauges, clear gauge lens, front and side airbags, ESP, BOSE audio, AMG exhaust tips, headlight washers, wood interior accents, license plate brackets, first aid kit and more! I was very impressed with the, smooth, tight-feeling, quiet ride she had and the 349HP 3.2L, V6 AMG engine runs strong as a bull. Stand on the gas and you get pressed against the sport seat instantly. That's your clue that an electric clutch has engaged the belt driven blower. With its teflon-coated helical rotors twirling at 20,700 rpm, it crams approx. 44 pounds of air per minute into the cylinders at twice atmospheric pressure. There's no lag or whistle, just big hustle. This little roadster has been known to shoot through the quarter-mile in 13.0 seconds at 110 mph! Like all AMG engines, this SLK's V6 is hand-assembled in Germany. For safety, this Mercedes SLK32 also has reinforced A-pillars, integrated roll bars behind each seat. Emergency Brake Assist automatically applies full braking force when a panic stop is initiated. The 5-speed, automatic, transmission shifts smooth and on time, every time, no hard shifts! She is a fine little sports car that is a ball to drive! She is a beauty! All of our vehicles are free from any and all liens. You will receive a clean title. Please be advised that buyers MUST be pre-approved before bidding on ALL finance deals. Sales are final and complete. We have found over the years that most members who use their own funds simply prefer to do a wire transfer directly into our bank account. In either case full, payment is expected within FIVE Business days. Vehicles not picked up within 5 days will be subject to a storage charge. Please speak to your sales representative for specifics.
We accept All Major credit cards. Deposits can be made up to $500.00. Higher amounts to be approved on per case basis, please contact the dealer at: (954) 527-5522 to make arrangements. If funds are not received within the designated time period, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-served basis. We will NOT hold any vehicle, without your deposit, after the first 24 hours. Deposits are final and non-refundable, they are not subject to your financial loan approval or to your approval terms.
*All vehicles are subject to a $399.00 administrative dealer fee. This fee covers any other collateral expenses not covered in the price of the vehicle including and not limited to Titling, Courier, Fed-Ex, and Delivery of paperwork to various shipping terminals as well and is necessary to enable us to offer you wholesale pricing. This includes car dealers, car wholesalers etc. A closeout fee of $299.00 will apply for any auction transaction that is not completed*
A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns of purchase. Florida buyers are subject to a 6% sales tax plus applicable Florida fees. We make a conscientious effort to describe each vehicle in detail, utilizing both text and photos; however, it is very important to keep in mind that these vehicles are pre-owned, not brand new. Most auctions will only be 5 or 7 days long. In our 'NO RESERVE' auctions, we will sell to the highest bidder, Win, Lose or Draw. The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours and send out a maximum deposit of $500.00 within 24 hours by bank wire transfer, credit card, Pay Pal or overnight express. Original bill of sale and documents must be signed and completed then returned to seller by mail upon receipt of them. The car must be paid in full Prior To delivery. Payments made by cashier's check, must be presented before delivery and will need to be verified, by us, with the issuing financial institution. Some restrictions may apply. Sold vehicles will be stored for no longer than 7 days at no charge. A storage charge will incur after 7 days. Please make prior arrangements with selling dealer to avoid storage charges at time of sale.
A 10 year old vehicle will show more normal wear than a 2 year old vehicle and this fact should always be considered. We will do our best to openly disclose these defects in our auctions. It is the buyer's full responsibility to verify any and all of their concerns BEFORE BIDDING on this vehicle. This vehicle is available for inspection at any given time prior to the end of the auction.
