For 2003, the Corvette was redesigned and also released this highly anticipated 50th Anniversary Edition of the fiberglass body Corvette.  So, what's to say about this American Muscle Icon?

At the time, Chevy gave the Corvette the fastest and most powerful real time damping suspension.  Called magnetic selective ride control the system controls roll and yaw using magnetic solution in the shock absorbers.  The system is amazing as there are really no minor/small parts on this one due to the build quality.  Pretty amazing and innovative for 2003!

The last redesign for the Corvette was done all the way back in 1997.  When Michael Jordan was still winning at basketball and not guiding a mediocre ball team.  Familiar stying that you'll find include side air scoops, hidden headlights and of course the quad taillights.  Just like everything prior, the 03 Corvette's have fiberglass bodies that sit on top of a steel frame.

The Vette rides on a 104.5 inch wheelbase and measures nearly 180 inches long overall and they stand at just under 48 inches high.  Pretty sleek indeed!  Each Corvette is equipped with an electronic stability system called Active Handling. 

What's inside?

You'll find standard equipment that includes nostalgic full analog gauges, tire pressure monitoring system, an in-dash CD player, a theft deterrent system and heated power mirrors.

Under the Hood

This Corvette carries the 350 hp LS1 5.7 liter V8 engine which pumps out a whopping 375 ft-lb of torque. 

Safety
All-disc antilock brakes and traction control are standard, but side-impact airbags are not available. The Corvette’s Active Handling system applies brakes as needed to maintain traction on both wet and dry surfaces.

Daily commercial flights easily available into Omaha Eppely Airfield (airport code OMA).  Omaha Eppely Airfield is within 10 minutes of Porsche of Omaha via car/taxi.

Out of State Buyers
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state.  You will receive 30-day intransit tags.  We do offer shipping within the U.S. for a shipping charge of $1.50/mile one way.  You can call me for a quote at (402) 592-1000. 

 International Buyers

We welcome international bidders, but PLEASE be certain that you pre-arrange shipping and that you can send the U.S. funds to us in a reasonable amount of time.  We accept wire transfers, certified checks, and credit card deposits.  In additional, we only ship in the U.S. so please do not ask what shipping is to your country.  We can ship to the border or your exporter as a charge of $2/mile one way.  If there are any special instructions to get the vehicle over the border, please notify us in advance. 


Taxes and Fees
Neither in-state or out of state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $299 and everyone must pay this fee. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 calender days of auction close.

Deposit
Porsche Of Omaha requires a $2000 deposit within 48 hours of winning the auction. Please call Porsche Sales at Porsche Of Omaha to make arrangements for payment, (402) 592-1000.

Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, Porsche Of Omaha reserves the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction.

Winning bidder must contact Porsche Sales at Porsche Of Omaha, (402) 592-1000, within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 7 calendar days. Porsche Of Omaha reserves the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.

Buyer Pickup

Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.  Dealership is closed on Sundays and delivery not available then.  Vehicle must be picked up within 10 days. 

All *new* Porsche sales can only be delivered within the United States. We do not export.

We have 5 Woodhouse owned single car enclosed carriers which available at our dispatch.  These are perfect for "short distance runs" which are under 500 miles, at $1.00 per mile.  An example of a 250 mile round-trip delivery to your doorstep would cost only $500.

Alternatively, for longer distance deliveries we have preferred carriers which we utilize exclusively at Porsche of Omaha.  Our delivery drivers are trained to handle your vehicle with the utmost care and we have developed long-term relationships with these companies to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction.  For more information ask your sales consultant.
