7. Title Information: There is a $889 administration fee that is not included (not added) in the final price of the auction. This will cover the cost applying and sending the title to the new buyer. Under Florida law we must issue a new tag, or transfer current tag. If transferring a temporary tag will be issued to buyer. If applicable In the State of Florida, titles to vehicles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We guarantee clear titles on all our vehicles, and we are a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Florida. If payment is made by cashier's checks we will hold all titles for 14 days or until funds have cleared. All funds must clear before vehicle is delivered. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
