1. I live out of state, how does the buying process work if I am paying cash? Cash Purchase from Out of State

� Contact your salesperson to leave the standard $500.00 deposit or win the auction on eBay and send your deposit via Paypal.

� We contact each other via email and/or phone to finalize the transaction and exchange information.

� You send certified funds for the remaining balance due plus any shipping charges, warranties, and applicable fees.

� Once we receive the funds, any necessary shipping arrangements are made and in most cases your vehicle is picked up the following business day. Your new car is now on its way to you, typical delivery time is about a week and a half. We will also be happy to pick you up at the airport if you decide to fly in and drive your vehicle home.

� We send you duplicate copies of all the paperwork, one for you to keep, and one for you to sign and return

� When we receive the signed paperwork, we send out all title documentation.

2. I live out of state, how does the buying process work if I am getting financing from my local credit union/bank?

Working with your bank:

� Contact your salesperson to leave the standard $500.00 deposit or win the auction on eBay and send your deposit via Paypal.

� We contact each other via email and/or phone to finalize the transaction.

� We fax all required paperwork to your bank, including copies of the Purchase Order and title documentation if necessary.

� Your bank sends certified funds for the remaining balance due.

� When we receive your funds, we ready the car for shipping & Your new car is now on its way to you, typical delivery time is about a week and a half.
We will also be happy to pick you up from the airport if you decide to fly in and drive home.

3. I live out of state, but want to fly in and drive my new car back home.

No problem!

We do this all the time. Please make arrangements to fly

into Houston Hobby (HOU) or Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).

Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.

Certified funds must clear our banks before the vehicle can leave the dealership.

Please let us know about your travel arrangements ASAP so we can have the paperwork prepared and arrange to have you picked up in your vehicle at no additional charge.

All funds must clear our account before the vehicle is released. Deposits are non-refundable. Terms_Deposit: $500.00 Terms_Tax: 6.25% All Texas residents subject to state and local tax, title and license fees. All vehicles are subject to a one time $150 Administrative fee. This fee includes Documentary & Prep fees. There is also a Vehicle Inventory Tax that is mandated by law, that amount is .002107% of the sales price. For example, on a $10,000 vehicle this tax will be $21.07. The administrative fee and the vehicle inventory tax are not negotiable and not included in your final bid. Most dealerships charge over $450 on top of the prep fees and Vehicle Inventory Tax which we find to be unfair. These are the only additional fees assessed to out-of-state buyers other than shipping, not a penny more!!! Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax and a $100 title and license fee, a $39.50 inspection fee, which goes directly to the state for title transfers.
