Sale of Vehicle

The winning bidder MUST contact us within 24 hours of the Auction end to make payment arrangements at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The remainder of the balance is due within 7 days of the auction end. If contact is NOT made within 24 hours of Auction end, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder, or sell it otherwise.

Fees

All vehicles sold in Illinois have a $166.27 DOC Fee. There is a $20 temporary license plate fee for out-of-state customers. We DO NOT collect taxes for all states unless the vehicle is financed through the dealership. We only collect taxes on cash deals if your state is a reciprocal state with Illinois.

Warranty

All vehicles are sold AS-IS as shown with no warranty implied or otherwise. The vehicle may have existing factory warranty left on it, in which case that would be handled with the manufacturer. McGrath Acura of Downtown Chicago is NOT a warranty company.
