SALES TAX:

MD sales tax is 6% and is only charged for customers registering in MD. Customers who are not registering their vehicle in MD will not pay any MD state tax. If you are registering in another state you will be responsible for your own state sales tax. If you prefer, we can handle the tax, tag and title work for most of the states in the U.S. Cash buyers, may be required to take care of their own tax and tag work. There will be a $200 processing fee on all vehicles sold. Registration and title will vary dependant on state. We will gladly send you the exact figures up front.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Initiating a Buynow or bidding on an auction listing obligates you to a legal and binding purchase contract. If you are the high bidder, we expect you to fulfill your commitment to purchase. Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Clarksville reserves the right to cancel any bids and close an auction early in the event that it is no longer available. We cannot hold a vehicle for eBay only until the reserve has been met. We often will end the auction early to the highest bidder once the reserve has been met. We make every effort to end a listing when a vehicle is sold locally however in some rare cases a vehicle may be sold locally and not available. A full refund will be issued in this case for any deposit made.

The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

We can also have it driven to Exporters/Ports in New Jersey for $500. Any other ports, please call me to work out details. We payoff any liens when we trade a vehicle. Therefore our vehicles are clear titles free of all liens. We usually will have the title in hand before advertising but because we deal with U.S. customers typically, we don't always have the title in hand.
