Titles:

Gezon Motors always guarantees we will deliver clear, clean titles to all customers at vehicle pick-up or delivery.

Vehicle Availability:

Gezon Motors reserves the right to sell all vehicles to walk-in customers. If we sell a vehicle to a walk-in customer we will remove the eBay auction once the vehicle is delivered. We strive to provide auctions on all in stock units. Due to the conflict of walk in customers purchasing vehicles that may be on eBay auctions, issues may arise. If an instance occurs where an eBayer hits the Buy It Now on a vehicle that has just sold to a walk in customer then Gezon Motors will make its best efforts in locating an acceptable replacement vehicle for you but this is not guaranteed.

New Vehicle Pricing:

All new vehicles are priced with rebates that are applicable to everyone and are based on Michigan Region rebates. Rebates may or may not be different depending on the region in which you register your new vehicle. Rebates that may be included in the price are customer cash (if applicable), finance incentive (if applicable), and bonus cash(if applicable). No other  special rebates are included in new vehicle pricing.

Sale of Vehicle:

At the close of auction, the winning bidder must pay a $500.00 (USD) non-refundable deposit through PayPal and call 616-309-1543 within 24 hours after the auction to verify their purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. Deposit may only be refunded in the situation that the vehicle fails an on-site inspection. Full payment must be received within seven (7) business days of the end of auction. We accept PayPal for deposit only. Balance must be paid in the form of Cash, Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Bank Financing. If alternate arrangements cannot be made, the vehicle will be made available to other potential buyers, first-come, first-serve. Dealer reserves right to end the auction early if the vehicle becomes unavailable.

Financing;

Gezon Motors offers competitive financing in most states. For help in arranging financing or for any questions regarding financing options, please contact us prior to bidding. Please fill out a credit application at GezonMotors.com.

Fees;

There is a flat $200.00 documentation fee added to the cost of every vehicle for ALL customers and dealers. If you would like if to do a plate transfer, we can do that for an additional cost to the buyer. Lastly, appropriate sales tax must be added to the bid. All taxes and fees must be
paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, tag fees and special requirements and equipment for vehicles leaving the state of Michigan.

Warranty;

We do our best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Unless specified otherwise, all pre-owned vehicles are sold “as-is” and without warranty. Vehicles with remaining factory warranty will be stated in the description. Extended warranty may also be available. Please contact us for details.

Terms;

We require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction.  If the auction ends after business hours, please email or call to confirm and consummate your deal.

Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 2 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 7 calendar days.


Buyer Pickup;

A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.
