Avery Greene Honda reserves the right to sell all vehicles to walk in customers. If we sell a vehicle to a walk-in customer we will remove the eBay listing as soon as possible. If an instance occurs where an eBayer has won a vehicle that happened to have sold to a walk-in customer then Avery Greene Honda will make its best efforts in locating an acceptable replacement vehicle for you but this is not guaranteed.

All vehicles offered for sale has gone through our multi-point safety inspection conducted by our ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certified technicians. If there were any mechanical issues noted during inspection, they are fully addressed before the car is made front line ready. Any issues that we elect not to fix are fully disclosed and/or pictured in each listing. Please keep in mind that these vehicles are used and could have some cosmetic imperfections, light scratches and normal wear and tear which do not hinder safety or its performance.

All used vehicles are sold either with limited, factory, or as-is warranty. Cars with factory warranty are subject to that manufacturer’s terms and restrictions. We try to provide the most accurate warranty information possible guided by a specific set of criterion and/or vin decoding. It is the buyer’s responsibility to fully understand the terms and restrictions of warranty for the specific vehicle they are purchasing prior to committing to buy.

End of Auction Agreement

Successful “winning” bidders must get in contact with the dealership within 24 hours of winning the listing to verify the purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. We require a minimum deposit of $500 or up to 20% of the final price within 24 hours of the auction ending. This deposit is to secure your purchase of the vehicle. The deposit is non-refundable. Please contact the dealership to arrange payments.

Avery Greene Honda accepts cash in person, certified funds, and institutional financing. You can also inquire about financing through one of the lenders our dealership works with. California residents are subject to the state’s sales tax. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. in their own state.

Shipping

Once we have received and verified payment of the vehicle in full we will then be able to release the vehicle to the shipping company of your choice. We are not the shipping company and it is NOT our responsibility to transport or ship your vehicle. Avery Greene Honda is not responsible for any shipping or delivery fees. Any questions or concerns about shipping should be addressed with the shipping company of your choice. Once the vehicle has been released to the shipping company, Avery Greene Honda is not held responsible for any damages that may occur during shipment. Local pick ups are also welcomed once we receive payment in full.
