We require a 20% deposit within 3 business days after the auction closing. Be prepared to pay full payment within 7 business days of auction closing. We accept certified funds, or wire transfers (for other forms of fund transfer please contact us first). No credit cards or personal checks. All Buyers pay a documentary and preparation  fee of $200.00. Texas residents add sales tax of 6.25% to the buying price (for Texas buyers other fees or taxes may apply). Buyers outside of Texas are responsible for applicable taxes in their home states.

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. you must pay for shipping, which varies depending on area your vehicle is being send to. Please see below for approximate shipping cost for selected cities in United States. We will be glad to arrange shipping by a third party shipping company at the buyers cost. If you fly to Houston to pick-up your newly purchased vehicle, we will arrange to pick you up at the airport for free. There is no factory warranty left on the car so it is sold as is with no warranty from the seller. This vehicle runs well, drives well, and is in great condition, but with any used vehicle minor wear may appear under close scrutiny, this includes small sand or rock chips and (or) miniscule scratches . We endeavor to deliver accurate descriptions but, please note, this is a used car, which as nice as it may be, it is not new.
