This car is equipped with a 3.5L paired up to a 5 Speed Automatic transmission. This car has a little over 84k miles. The car runs great and the A/C blows cold. Car looks and drives great. I personally have been driving the car for about a month and love it.  It has a nice sound to the engine as you accelerate.  Makes driving the kids around more enjoyable (mostly for us guys). The car comes with the original owner's manual as well 1 key and keyfob. It comes with a complete set of factory floor mats.  This car has been taken good care of by it's previous owner and is ready for a new owner. The car has a recent syntetic oil change, a full tank of gas, and will be detailed before pick-up or delivery. Taxes and Fees
We do not collect any extra fees or charges like other dealers do. No "Admin" fee or Documentation fee! The price you see, is the price you pay (unless you are from Texas).

Texas Buyers
Texas buyers must pay 6.25% sales tax, inspection (if needed), registration (if needed), and title transfer fees.

Out of State Buyers
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes in their own state. While we strive to provide all documents immediately, because of the lengthy process involved in handling titles and other registration documents the State of Texas provides 30 days from the date of sale for titles & registration documents to be provided to buyers.

Deposit
We require a $500 deposit within 2 days of winning the auction. Deposits are nonrefundable if buyer cancels. Use Paypal to make deposit.

TERMS PRIOR TO BIDDING

1. If you are new to eBay and your Feedback Rating is "0" "Zero" (Meaning you have the number " 0 " to the left of your eBay user name) You may not place a bid on our auctions UNLESS you do the following.

2. We Simply do not accept any bids from people who have Negative Feedbacks unless they have emailed us with a reasonable explanation. If an email is not returned, the neg. feedback bidder will be retracted by the seller.

3. All Inspection and Questions must be Completed within due time of an auction ending. The pre buy inspection (if needed) can be made after the high bidder wins the eBay auction, but before the 4 day payment is required. Bidding on our auctions, is not an invitation to ask questions or an advertisement. Read every word of our Terms and once you are sure you want the item and you place a bid. We will allow our cars for full inspection by any local "authorized" store or by www.carcritic.com. All appointments for inspection must be made and paid for by the bidder before we valet the car to the said inspector.

4. Once you are 110% sure you want the item, you may bid. If you are uneasy about bidding in the slightest bit or are not too sure please do not bid! Only bid if you are certain you want the item and already have the means to complete the transaction. We accept cashiers check/money order, bank wire and cash ONLY. All the cars we sell are pre owned cars and sold AS-IS. All Sales are final, no exceptions.

TERMS AFTER YOU HAVE WON THE AUCTION

1. Winning bidder must contact the dealership with 24 hours of auction endPayment must be made within 5 business days unless other payment arrangements are made. Click on the Finance button for taxes and fees. High bidder will email or fax us name, address, phone/Fax # and we will FAX an official bill of sale and payment information. We offer delivery (click on Delivery button on the side), but will help arrange shipping or we can retrieve the high bidder from the airport (LBB).

2. AN EBAY AUCTION IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT. WE ARE OFFERING OUR ITEMS AND THE BIDDER IS UNEQUIVOCALLY ACCEPTING THE MIRRORED TERMS OF OUR OFFER BY BIDDING. Vehicle Expectations

Have you ever wondered: "What should I really expect when buying a previously owned vehicle?"

That question is probably one of the most frequently thought of things that come to mind when someone decides to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. We would like to dispel some assumptions and define more clearly what you should expect when buying a pre-owned vehicle.

People buy used vehicles because of the tremendous savings over what new vehicles cost. A vehicle that is several years old can often cost half what a new one does! Also, buying a pre-owned car allows one to avoid the depreciation SLIDE of buying a new car often with "new car" warranty still remaining. Warranties can always be purchased second hand if the original warranty has already expired.

Pre-owned vehicles are not the same as brand new ones in every measure. Even brand new cars can receive a small mark, ding or scrape during the first few days of ownership. Tiny surface scratches can appear from small pebbles, stones, gravel, bugs or foreign objects on even the smallest roadways which can mark finishes and windshields.

A vehicle that has a certain number of years or miles on it should be expected to have "reasonable wear and tear" on components, mechanical parts, paint, upholstery and trim.

If a vehicle has over 5,000-6,000 miles, you should expect a few small stone chips on paint, bumpers or glass. If it has 50,000 or more miles, you should expect a fair amount of "peppering" from sand and gravel resulting from highway travel.

If we are presenting a current year model vehicle with only 2,000 or 3,000 miles, you should expect a vehicle in like new condition, free of any marks, dings or scratches. And likely still having that "new car smell" we all know so well.

Reasonable Wear and Tear

Reasonable wear should include suspension and mechanical items such as brakes, tires, axles, shocks and seals and gaskets as well. A vehicle that is nearly new or still under manufacturers warranty should be expected to be free of any defects or leaks. If a vehicle is 4 or 5 years old, out of warranty or has around 30,000 miles, one should expect seepage at hoses, seals, gearboxes and gaskets. Seeps are considered a normal part of aging and reasonable wear. Seeps are not the same as leaks. A leak is where fluid is running down and hitting the floor.

Beyond that, your expectations should decrease according to age and mileage. Pre-buy inspections are always welcome by reputable service centers. We are happy to make recommendations of local, independent area shops [not affiliated with us in any way] to allow you to have the confidence you need when purchasing a used vehicle. Please keep in mind that an Authorized [Factory Franchised] Dealership will inspect and make the most detailed inspections, but will also be extremely critical and often detail every single thing that it would take to make a vehicle "brand new" again (generally in an effort to run up maintenance and repair costs beyond any reasonable expectation). Their job is to sell service - not always taking into account reasonable wear and age for a given vehicle. The costs that they detail will also often be 2x to 4x what the repairs or maintenance would cost if performed by an excellent outside service facility.
