All sales require a $500 dollar deposit within 24 hours of sale agreement. Deposits can be made throught Pay Pal, cash, or cashiers check.  Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle was misrepresented or fails a professional, on-site inspection.  Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards advertiseing costs, Ebay listing fees and lost dealership productivity.  Full Payment is to be received 7 days from the end of the auction.  Full payment is required before vehicle delivery.  Buyers in all states are required to pay vehicle inventory tax (VIT) calculated at  .001625 of the sale price.  All sales are subject to a flat $50 administrative and dealer service fee.  Our administrative and dealer service fee is collected by McKain Motors and is not required by law.  Out of state buyers are responsible for taxes and registration fees in their own states.  Texas residents  pay a 6.25% state sales tax.  Please have verifiable funds or pre-approved loan available at time of purchase.  Once payment is received or the loan proceeds have been dispersed, you can then make arrangments to take delivery of the vehicle.  The actual miles posted on this listing may be slightly higher due to customer road testing or in-transit repairs.  All of our vehicles are pre-owned and are sold in AS-IS condition.  All sales are finalized at our place of business.  We encourage trade-ins and can give you an estimated value of your vehicle over the phone or by email.  Once the vehicle leaves our location, all responsibility for the vehicle becomes that of the customer and or transport company.  The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees or self-arranged transportation.  It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle, won through Ebay or not, that the proper venue for any legal proceedings will be conducted in Bosque County, Texas.  We desribe all vehicles as accuratley as possible, however it is not possible to include minute details and imperfections.  Books, records and or manuals will have pictures of those items in the auction: otherwise the vehicle does not include them.  mckainmotors is the Ebay user name owned by McKain Motors, a licensed car dealer in the state of Texas.  Dealer license # P114755.
