Incredible 1 of a kind 2 owner California Audi R8 that was built by a very well known collector with an open wallet.  This car is flawless and is completely documented with every receipt.  This R8 started life with a $127850.00 MSRP optioned in Phantom Black Pearl over black leather dash carpets and headliner with Tuscan Brown leather seats, 6 speed manual transmission, Enhanced leather package ($5500), Premium package ($3500), Audi Navigation ($2000), Bang & Olufsen Sound ($1800), Alcantera headliner ($1300) and the body color blade in body color ($1000).   It was sold new in 2008 by Neillo Audi in Northern California and then by them again by Sonnen Audi in 2010.  Shortly after this is when the fun begins, it was immediately protected with a 3M clear bra on the front bumper, entire hood, mirrors and lights before having over $60,000 in upgrades done by PES (Performance Engineered Systems) to make this a truly 1 of a kind R8 with over 500HP. All of the work was performed by a factory PES mechanic who was flown in for the installation of all components.  In April of 2010 the build began with a PES G4 Intercooled supercharger, Milltek non res exhaust system, Factory OEM R8 GT carbon fiber wing , PPI carbon fiber rear diffuser, PES carbon fiber center panel, complete R8 carbon fiber engine cover kit, factory OEM R8 GT Alcantera flat bottom steering wheel, PES aquamist R8 water/methanol injection system and ADV1 19x8.5 fronts and 20x12R wheels were added.  This R8 comes with all of the stock parts that were replaced in regards to the engine.  In the photos the car is shown with stock wheels and can come with either set but not both.  Then the car was sent to an audiophile specialist to have the stereo upgraded above and beyond what you would expect.  This stereo was done in the most discreet matter and looks as close to stock as you can get.  The amplifier is hidden in the front trunk with factory material and the additional sub woofers between the seats are wrapped in matching black leather to give it the most OEM appearance possible.  Then the in dash touch screen navigation system with Bluetooth and rear back up camera was installed along with a Passport built in radar system for the front and rear bumpers that was very nicely fit into the ash tray.  The entire system was done at a cost of over $11000 and it is reflected in the sound and quality of the installation.  This is truly an incredible R8 that was done with quality in mind and it shows in everything that was done to this car.  Please feel free to contact us at anytime at 805-459-3208 with any questions.
