Out of state buyers are not charged tax unless you live in Ohio, California, Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, South Carolina, or Washington. In Ohio we collect the sales tax set by your county. In the other states, we collect your states sales tax up to a maximum of 6%. This is then forwarded to your state. YOU ONLY PAY ONCE. If your state sales tax is higher than the 6.5% we are required to collect for you, then you will pay the difference when you title your vehicle in your home state. After paying for your vehicle you will be sent a Ohio Title in your name or business name.

Taxes and Fees
In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $75 and our Dealer Service fee is $250. All sales transactions must be completed within 5 days of auction close.

Deposit
We require a $500 deposit within 3 days of winning the auction. Deposits to hold the vehicle are not refundable and will hold a vehicle for a max of 7 business days.
