The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

Thank you for viewing our listing. MotorHouse tries very hard to get the best value for our customers. We also know that you get what you pay for in this business. We work hard for our customers and truly want you to be happy with your purchase.

However, please remember that you are buying a used vehicle. This means there will be normal wear and tear associated with the vehicle's age, consisting of but not limited to the following issues: scratches, rock chips, wheel scuffs, painted bumpers, previous paintwork, dings, required maintenance, normal wear of leather seats and steering wheel leather, carpet (within reason), wear and tear on door handles, etc. We try very hard to describe these discrepancies but do not always catch them. So please ask us to do a "walk around" the car for you to thoroughly describe anything that might be of high concern to you.

Also, remember that in most cases you will be spending money on your vehicle to have it running and looking in tip-top shape. Used cars and their manufacturers have their flaws!!! Also, because most of our inventory consists mostly of off-lease vehicles, we do not guarantee extra keys, floor mats, owner's manuals, jacks, etc. I cannot say this enough. We prepare the vehicle for safety and check fluids such as oil for proper levels, however, we do not perform extensive maintenance on all of our vehicles. This would be cost prohibitive and result in higher prices for you.

Binding Arbitration Agreement
Please understand that all purchasers will sign a binding arbitration agreement. All arbitration issues will be handled in Broward County in the State of Florida. If you do not agree with this DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM US. These arbitration agreements are standard in the industry, and as a member of the Better Business Bureau will utilize fair arbitrators in the unlikely event there should be an issue. So far, we have yet to need to arbitrate an issue with a customer.

Winning bidder must contact me, Ryan 561-654-0793 within 24 hours of auctions end with their contact info and must pay by bank wire transfer, cash in person, cashiers check or money order only within 7 days of auctions end or call before the auction ends to confirm acceptance of your financing arrangements. Buyer must arrange and pay for shipping. We ship domestically, and export to all countries internationally. You may pick up at your convenience. Serious bidders only! When you bid and win an auction on eBay you have entered into a legally binding contract.

Notice to Bidders
We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.

Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Ryan 561-654-0793 within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 1 business day of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.

Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call 1-888-627-3702 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. MotorHouse has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. MotorHouse welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Removing Listings Without Notice

Since we are a dealership with everyday walk in customers, in some cases cars may sell and we will immediately remove listings.  We reserve the right at anytime to remove listings and auctions if the car is purchased locally off the lot before the listing ends.

Fees and Taxes
There will be a $195.00 doc fee on all final purchases. Florida residents add your local sales tax rate and a state title fees.

How long have you been in business?

We began Motor House in 1996. We have maintained a steady growth over the past decade and acquired a high rate of return clientele as well. Recently we decided to open our doors to a new market and extend our quality product and great service to eBay customers.

Who am I buying from?

Motor House is a privately owned dealership started by Paul Rogers in the summer of 1996. We have grown into a very successful dealership with over 300 vehicles.

Where do you get your inventory?

We buy most of our vehicles directly from leasing companies such as VW Credit, Audi Financial, Lexus Financial services, Honda Finance, Nissan Motor Credit, etc. Some of our vehicles are trade-ins to our dealership. Rest assured, all of our vehicles have full disclosure and are represented fairly.

I am an out-of-state buyer. Do I pay Florida sales tax?

No, you pay sales tax in your home state; you only owe us for the price of the car, doc fee, and any other accessories you purchase.

 I am an out of state buyer, and I want to fly in and pick up my car. How does the process work?

Very simply, we must have a deposit on your vehicle to hold the car. We will arrange for airport pickup at the Fort Lauderdale, or Miami International Airport, and we will transport you to our location free of charge.

 I do not have time to fly to South Florida . I would like my vehicle shipped to me. How does this process work?

Very simply, after receiving FULL PAYMENT and after you have signed all of the necessary documents pertaining to your purchase, we will release the vehicle to a shipping co. The shipping company will transport your vehicle to your destination. Most of the time the vehicle will take 7 to 14 days to arrive, depending on where you are located. The shipping company is insured, and this will provide some protection while the vehicle is being transported to you. We recommend you insure your vehicle before shipment. The vehicle will be inspected prior to pickup by the shipping company. Please inspect the vehicle at delivery for discrepancies.
